Dale Fior is an alumni of Ohio State University where he received degrees in both Education and Behavioral Sciences. He has a diverse background that spans the arts, and both the public and private sectors. In his youth, Dale was formerly with American Ballet Theatre, and is a lifetime member of the Actors Studio in New York and Los Angeles. He worked on Wall Street marketing securities, and in executive search. Dale later fell back on his education background and worked in New Jersey's public schools for a decade teaching literacy skills through the arts and multiple intelligence pedagogies to at-risk students in urban neighborhoods. He has a sound knowledge of schools and educational programs in Hudson County, and is today a strong supporter of public education and advocates for causes that benefit students in New Jersey's toughest neighborhoods.
Always having an avocational interest in real estate and home design, Dale became a professional realtor in 2006 while he was still teaching. In 2007, his first year of full-time real estate, Dale placed in Hudson County's top 1% of all licensed realtors for closed sale transactions, and has done so ever since. In one of the most difficult housing markets in the U.S in decades, Dale got started and excelled to become one of Hudson County's top producing agents.
